This is the market people will wish they bought in!

Wow!
I just got back from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® convention, and heard a great quote. One of the presenters (ooops I forgot which one) made the comment that this is the market that people will look back on and wish they bought in.

What does that mean? If you are waiting for the market to bottom out, you may miss it. There are lots of bargains out there now! The only way to know if you bought at the bottom, is if the prices start to go back up, and then it will be too late. By the way, in the Saint Louis Area in general is down only about 5% in median home sale prices since last year according to information posted by the National Association. Not bad!

Look at your retirement account statement. Do you want to jump off a bridge? My mom and her friends were discussing how they will not be able to retire as early as expected due to the economic downturn. Well, Ladies, maybe you should invest in real estate. A paid off building will bring you income monthly!

Well, what are you waiting for? Buy a house and save the economy and your financial future...hehe
